1. And it came to pass on the day that Moses had fully set up the tabernacle, and had anointed it, and sanctified it, and all the instruments thereof, both the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them, and sanctified them;
2. That the princes of Israel, heads of the house of their fathers, who were the princes of the tribes, and were over them that were numbered, offered:
3. And they brought their offering before the LORD, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two of the princes, and for each one an ox: and they brought them before the tabernacle.
4. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
5. Take it of them, that they may be to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to his service.
6. And Moses took the wagons and the oxen, and gave them unto the Levites.
7. Two wagons and four oxen he gave unto the sons of Gershon, according to their service:
8. And four wagons and eight oxen he gave unto the sons of Merari, according unto their service, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.
9. But unto the sons of Kohath he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them was that they should bear upon their shoulders.
10. And the princes offered for dedicating of the altar in the day that it was anointed, even the princes offered their offering before the altar.
11. And the LORD said unto Moses, They shall offer their offering, each prince on his day, for the dedicating of the altar.
12. And he that offered his offering the first day was Nahshon the son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah:
13. And his offering was one silver charger, the weight thereof was an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them were full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
14. One spoon of ten shekels of gold, full of incense:
15. One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:
16. One kid of the goats for a sin offering:
17. And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
18. On the second day Nethaneel the son of Zuar, prince of Issachar, did offer:

24. On the third day Eliab the son of Helon, prince of the children of Zebulun, did offer:
25. His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
26. One golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense:
27. One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:

30. On the fourth day Elizur the son of Shedeur, prince of the children of Reuben, did offer:
31. His offering was one silver charger of the weight of an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
32. One golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense:
33. One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year, for a burnt offering:

36. On the fifth day Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai, prince of the children of Simeon, did offer:
37. His offering was one silver charger, the weight whereof was an hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering:
38. One golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense:

84. This was the dedication of the altar, in the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve chargers of silver, twelve silver bowls, twelve spoons of gold:
85. Each charger of silver weighing an hundred and thirty shekels, each bowl seventy: all the silver vessels weighed two thousand and four hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:
86. The golden spoons were twelve, full of incense, weighing ten shekels apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary: all the gold of the spoons was an hundred and twenty shekels.
87. All the oxen for the burnt offering were twelve bullocks, the rams twelve, the lambs of the first year twelve, with their meat offering: and the kids of the goats for sin offering twelve.
88. And all the oxen for the sacrifice of the peace offerings were twenty and four bullocks, the rams sixty, the he goats sixty, the lambs of the first year sixty. This was the dedication of the altar, after that it was anointed.
89. And when Moses was gone into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with him, then he heard the voice of one speaking unto him from off the mercy seat that was upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubims: and he spake unto him.

3. Ils amenèrent leur offrande devant l'Eternel: 6 chars couverts et 12 boeufs soit un char pour 2 princes et un boeuf pour chaque prince et ils les offrirent devant le tabernacle.
4. L'Eternel dit à Moïse:
5. «Prends ces éléments de leur part afin de les employer pour le service de la tente de la rencontre. Tu les donneras aux Lévites, à chacun selon les besoins de sa fonction.»
6. Moïse prit les chars et les boeufs, et il les remit aux Lévites.
7. Il donna 2 chars et 4 boeufs aux descendants de Guershon, selon les besoins de leurs fonctions.
8. Il donna 4 chars et 8 boeufs aux descendants de Merari, selon les besoins des fonctions qu'ils exerçaient sous la conduite d'Ithamar, le fils du prêtre Aaron.
9. Mais il n'en donna pas aux descendants de Kehath parce que, selon leurs fonctions, ils devaient porter les choses saintes sur les épaules.
10. Les princes présentèrent leur offrande pour la dédicace de l'autel, le jour où on le consacra par onction; ils présentèrent leur offrande devant l'autel.
11. L'Eternel dit à Moïse: «Les princes viendront un à un, et à des jours différents, présenter leur offrande pour la dédicace de l'autel.»
12. Celui qui présenta son offrande le premier jour fut Nachshon, fils d'Amminadab, de la tribu de Juda.
13. Il offrit un plat en argent qui pesait un kilo et 300 grammes et un bassin en argent de 700 grammes d'après la valeur étalon du sanctuaire. Ils étaient tous deux pleins de fleur de farine pétrie à l'huile pour l'offrande.
14. Il offrit aussi une coupe en or qui pesait 100 grammes et était pleine de parfum,
15. un jeune taureau, un bélier et un agneau d'un an pour l'holocauste,
16. un bouc pour le sacrifice d'expiation
17. et, pour le sacrifice de communion, 2 boeufs, 5 béliers, 5 boucs et 5 agneaux d'un an. Telle fut l'offrande de Nachshon, fils d'Amminadab.
18. Le deuxième jour, Nathanaël, fils de Tsuar, prince d'Issacar, présenta son offrande.
19. Il offrit un plat en argent qui pesait un kilo et 300 grammes et un bassin en argent de 700 grammes d'après la valeur étalon du sanctuaire. Ils étaient tous deux pleins de fleur de farine pétrie à l'huile pour l'offrande.
20. Il offrit aussi une coupe en or qui pesait 100 grammes et était pleine de parfum,
21. un jeune taureau, un bélier et un agneau d'un an pour l'holocauste,
22. un bouc pour le sacrifice d'expiation

24. Le troisième jour, le prince des Zabulonites, Eliab, fils de Hélon,
25. offrit un plat en argent qui pesait un kilo et 300 grammes et un bassin en argent de 700 grammes d'après la valeur étalon du sanctuaire. Ils étaient tous deux pleins de fleur de farine pétrie à l'huile pour l'offrande.
26. Il offrit aussi une coupe en or qui pesait 100 grammes et était pleine de parfum,
27. un jeune taureau, un bélier et un agneau d'un an pour l'holocauste,
28. un bouc pour le sacrifice d'expiation

30. Le quatrième jour, le prince des Rubénites, Elitsur, fils de Shedéur,
31. offrit un plat en argent qui pesait un kilo et 300 grammes et un bassin en argent de 700 grammes d'après la valeur étalon du sanctuaire. Ils étaient tous deux pleins de fleur de farine pétrie à l'huile pour l'offrande.
32. Il offrit aussi une coupe en or qui pesait 100 grammes et était pleine de parfum,

80. Il offrit aussi une coupe en or qui pesait 100 grammes et était pleine de parfum,

82. un bouc pour le sacrifice d'expiation

84. Tels furent les dons des princes d'Israël pour la dédicace de l'autel, le jour où on le consacra par onction: 12 plats en argent, 12 bassins en argent, 12 coupes en or.
85. Chaque plat en argent pesait un kilo et 300 grammes et chaque bassin pesait 700 grammes, ce qui fit pour l'argent de ces ustensiles un total de 24 kilos d'après la valeur étalon du sanctuaire.
86. Les 12 coupes en or pleines de parfum, à 100 grammes la coupe d'après la valeur étalon du sanctuaire, firent pour l'or des coupes un total de 1200 grammes.
87. Total des animaux pour l'holocauste: 12 taureaux, 12 béliers, 12 agneaux d'un an, avec les offrandes qui les accompagnaient. 12 boucs pour le sacrifice d'expiation.
88. Total des animaux pour le sacrifice de communion: 24 boeufs, 60 béliers, 60 boucs, 60 agneaux d'un an. Tels furent les dons pour la dédicace de l'autel, une fois qu'on l'eut consacré par onction.
89. Lorsque Moïse entrait dans la tente de la rencontre pour parler avec l'Eternel, il entendait la voix lui parler du haut du couvercle placé sur l'arche du témoignage entre les deux chérubins. Et il parlait avec l'Eternel.
