ASV_Strong : Song of Solomon 1
2. Let him kiss[H5401] me with the kisses[H5390] of his mouth[H6310]; For thy love[H1730] is better[H2896] than wine[H3196].
3. Thine oils[H8081] have a goodly[H2896] fragrance[H7381]; Thy name[H8034] is as oil[H8081] poured forth[H7324]; Therefore do the virgins[H5959] love thee[H157].
4. Draw[H4900] me[H7323]; we will run after[H310] thee[H4428]: The king hath brought[H935] me into his chambers[H2315]; We will be glad[H1523] and rejoice[H8055] in thee[H2142]; We will make mention of thy love[H1730] more than of wine[H3196]: Rightly[H4339] do they love thee[H157].
5. I am black[H7838], but comely[H5000], Oh ye daughters[H1323] of Jerusalem[H3389], As the tents[H168] of Kedar[H6938], As the curtains[H3407] of Solomon[H8010].
6. Look[H7200] not upon me[H7840], because I am swarthy, Because the sun[H8121] hath scorched[H7805] me[H517]. My mother's sons[H1121] were incensed[H2787] against me[H7760]; They made me keeper[H5201] of the vineyards[H3754]; But mine own vineyard[H3754] have I not kept[H5201].
7. Tell[H5046] me[H5315], O thou whom my soul loveth[H157], Where[H349] thou feedest[H7462] thy flock[H349], Where thou makest it to rest[H7257] at noon[H6672]: For[H4100] why should I be as one that is veiled Beside the flocks[H5739] of thy companions[H2270]?
8. If thou know[H3045] not[H3303], O thou fairest among women[H802], Go thy way forth[H3318] by the footsteps[H6119] of the flock[H6629], And feed[H7462] thy kids[H1429] beside the shepherds[H7462]' tents[H4908].
9. I have compared[H1819] thee[H7474], O my love, To a steed[H5484] in Pharaoh[H6547]'s chariots[H7393].
10. Thy cheeks[H3895] are comely[H4998] with plaits[H8447] of hair[H6677], Thy neck with strings of jewels[H2737].
11. We will make[H6213] thee plaits[H8447] of gold[H2091] With studs[H5351] of silver[H3701].
12. While the king[H4428] sat at his table[H4524], My spikenard[H5373] sent forth[H5414] its fragrance[H7381].
13. My beloved[H1730] is unto me as a bundle[H6872] of myrrh[H4753], That lieth[H3885] betwixt my breasts[H7699].
14. My beloved[H1730] is unto me as a cluster[H811] of henna-flowers[H3724] In the vineyards[H3754] of En-gedi[H5872].
15. Behold[H3303], thou art fair, my love[H7474]; Behold thou art fair[H3303]; Thine eyes[H5869] are as doves[H3123].
16. Behold[H3303], thou art fair, my beloved[H1730], yea[H5273], pleasant: Also our couch[H6210] is green[H7488].
17. The beams[H6982] of our house[H1004] are cedars[H730], And our rafters[H7351] are firs[H1266].
