Summer Camps 2022 Jeunesse Action Biblique!
Register online for the jabsuisseromande.ch! Camps, activities, training courses and many other surprises are included in the downloadable brochure. The aim of the JAB since 1943 has been to provide young people with physical (sports, hiking, camping), social (games) and spiritual fulfillment (bible studies and other spiritual activities).
The camps take place on several sites depending on the age of the campers: Arzier, Isenfluh, Tenero and Contamines (France). JAB is a non profit association and thanks to the help of numerous volunteers we are able to offer the camps at a very low and affordable price starting at 300Fr. Additional discounts are offered for people in need and first time JAB campers. Join the fun with us this summer!
The JAB Suisse Romande offers activities for children and teenagers throughout the year. It depends directly on the Association of Evangelical Churches of Swiss Biblical Action.

Youth and Summer Camps / Retreats
Every Sunday there is a program for children that we call the sunday school.
Children attend the beginning of worship on Sunday morning, and then attend a separate sunday school.
The Program includes: Bible Stories, Applications with their own lives, Songs, Games, Crafts. The Sunday school is supported by monitors from the church.
18 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? 2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, 3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
Church camps/retreats, and youth activites
JAB or Jeuness Action Biblique translates to Action Biblique Youth in English. The Action Biblique churches organize a large number of activies for the children and youth of all ages. Since 1933, Action Biblique has organized Bible clubs for children and youth camps. The summer and winter camps have become the main activity of the jab an include a wide variety of activies including sports, hiking, skiing in addition to biblical teaching.

Affiliation “Jeunesse et Sports”
The federal J + S program encourages children and young people aged 5 to 20 to practice sports in more than 70 disciplines through the following services:
basic and continuing training for J + S instructors and coaches direct financial support for the organization of J + S courses and camps publication of educational materials equipment loan. Jeunesse + Sport offers in-depth training in more than 70 sports and disciplines particularly in teaching relating to the sports branch and / or interdisciplinary modules including communication, role of the instructor, preventive actions etc. Alpine sports are very well represented through mountaineering, ski touring and sport climbing. The JAB camps include hiking, camping and a popular “bivouac”, which is a multi-day hiking and overnight camping expedition. The ideally situated chalets in Isenfluh, Contamines, etc provide the perfect the starting point for the various activities.
This program is managed by the Confederation and the cantons, in collaboration with the sports federations. The JAB camps are affiliated “Jeunesse et Sports”. (quoted from the Swiss/Vaud federal website).
