Pierre Constant Author, pastor and teacher: Biography

Pierre Constant has been Associate Professor of the New Testament at Toronto Baptist Seminary (https://tbs.edu) since 2003.

Married with four adult children, Pierre and his wife, along with his family, serve at the Plateau Christian Church in Gatineau, Quebec (https://eglise-plateau.ca).

In addition to his responsibilities as a full-time professor, Pierre is involved in the training of young adults as a mentor and facilitator, teacher and trainer with university students.

Also committed to developing teaching materials, he also serves as a preacher and teacher at conferences in Canada and Europe.

Pierre Constant is the author of “Survol des évangiles”, a training manual published by the Séminaire Baptiste Évangélique du Québec.

Recent teaching in 2023 as an invited speaker:

He is regularly an invited speaker at Berghaus Isenfluh and most recently in 2023 spoke on the topic : Waiting for the Lord’s Return: Hope and Perseverance (closely related to the bible studies on the topic of revelation here. In that related set of presentation the topic focused on the Lord’s return which is regularly associated with endless discussions about Israel’s role, the events preceding the second coming of Jesus Christ, the Antichrist, or the millennium. Yet, in the writings of the New Testament, the Lord’s return is connected to several exhortations meant to nurture our hope, encourage our vigilance, comfort our grieving hearts, and revive our efforts in holiness.
