Children/Youth Camps – Summer Camps in Canton Vaud Switzerland
Numerous camps are offered depending on the child’s or young person’s age. For example, for children aged 7-12, there is the Camp Sports JAB Vaud (Arzier); for youth aged 12-19, there is the Junior JAB Camp in Interlaken/Switzerland; and for young adults aged 19-30, there is the Senior JAB Camp in Interlaken/Switzerland. All camps are registered with Youth+Sports Switzerland under the category Camp Sports/Trekking (except for Senior JAB youth camps or other exceptions).
Many volunteers participate as leaders, assistants, or organizers for our non-profit camps.
This allows us to offer very affordable rates, starting at around 300 CHF per week. For more details and the full schedule, visit the JAB website. Most camps take place in Vaud and Bern, but new camps have recently been introduced in Neuchâtel, Valais, and Ticino. Special Summer Camp for Kids at AB Lausanne-Renens and KidsTeam
For the past two years, we have been organizing a daytime summer camp, KidsTeam, at AB Renens. In 2024, the theme was Native Americans.
Monthly KidsTeam Meetings in Renens/Lausanne
In addition to the summer camp, the KidsTeam group meets once a month for an afternoon of fun at the AB Renens facility. Our youth group, open to children ages 5 to 12, offers free, enjoyable, and enriching activities to help them grow in their faith. Inspired by the KidsTeam movement, we use specific resources and training to shape our program.
We offer interactive games that foster teamwork, cooperation, and fair play. These playful activities allow children to have fun while developing social skills and feeling included. Relaxing snack times provide opportunities for kids to connect, share laughter, and create lasting memories together. Our themed activities cover Christian topics such as friendship, gratitude, and trust in God. Creative crafts enable children to express their faith while making symbolic items.
Finally, we share captivating Bible stories to convey values like love and forgiveness, adapted to their age.
New Bike Camp Introduced in 2023
No need to be a super athlete, but you’ll need to be able to ride without training wheels! No matter your skill level, fun is guaranteed.
We’ll stick to accessible roads for everyone. For more information, visit the JAB website! This new camp takes place in Seeland. Enjoy a weekend of biking in the Seeland area (bordering Vaud, Neuchâtel, and Bern) in the beautiful Three Lakes region. This camp is now part of JAB’s regular camps (around 300 CHF).
